Cross stitch and ???

The last week has been entirely unproductive. I fear I have succumbed to the month of March. I am at it’s mercy. It’s a very long stretch of work for me (with no breaks) and also we get stuck in some weird seasonal purgatory. Are we dead or alive? Is this winter or spring? I’m outside barefoot one day and up to my knees in snow the next. Let me out of here!

Anyway, I did very little in terms of creativity. Some additional colours were added to my cross stitch project and it’s starting to look like a thing now.

I think I like cross stitch.

Some back burner projects I have include making a zine (video game themed) and also the painting and assembly of my 40k minis. My wonderful husband gifted me some battle sisters for Christmas and my closest friend gifted me a nice battle board. I’m eager to put them to use.

I don’t actually know how to play 40k yet but I’m sure I will get there someday. I have played some 40k video games which were really fun. I just really like the grimdark space setting. It’s cool. Actually maybe I just like sci-fi in general.

Perhaps some more sci-fi projects in my future.
