Crafts, who?

I forgot to write a blog entry yesterday so I’m getting it done today: a Tuesday. Egad!

The last week has been pretty unproductive for me. I haven’t even touched my cross stitch (or have I? It feels like forever ago.) I did manage to pick out my next cross stitch project but that doesn’t really count towards anything.

What I’ve been up to lately is a whole lot of gaming. I think I spent 75 percent of my weekend on the couch playing something or another.

The usual suspect, Rune Factory 4, took up a good amount of my time. I really love that game, its been one of my bigger time sinks this year so far. BUT! I did manage to play a couple other games too. I’ll give the run down of em:

Cavern of Dreams: super cute platformer that is in a retro style. Very much reminiscent of Banjo Kazooie, Spyro and Croc. I’m a really big fan of this game and I’ve been playing it a little chunk at a time (I don’t want to run out of game to play too soon)

Sonic Frontiers: really cool! Classic sonic meets a beautiful open world where you can pretty much do whatever you want. Little side challenges and puzzles. Lots of collecting and exploring. A nice way to pass time.

Mass Effect (1): my latest obsession??? WHAT. How has this game eluded me for so long.

There. That’s the summary. I also read Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep by PK Dick. It had me pondering androids and artificial intelligence last night. Not a bad read.

I wish I had some crafts include in this blog but I got nothing for you. Next blog will better. Probably.
